Mercury Retrograde Energies

Mercury is retrograde in Cancer at the moment, which means it is affecting family and relationships. This is very obvious to anyone paying attention to the news lately.

There have been 2 pregnant women who have been murdered recently.

One, just weeks away from delivering, was murdered by her children's father, in front of their two year old child. The child was left alone for up to two days until his Grandmother discovered him. Accusations of abuse have been surfacing that were not known about before.

A famous wrestler killed his wife and child, and then himself over a three day period. Again, there have been reports of abuse in this family.

All of these people are victims of this Mercury Retrograde in Cancer energy.

Mercury Retrograde gives us an opportunity to revisit issues that we have not yet healed. With the added energy of Cancer, it is bringing relationship issues to the Light to be healed.

People from my past have been returning to my life in one way or another. Some are welcomed old friends who I have missed. Some are people I would prefer never to see again.

Pay attention to what is going on in your relationships and family. Issues are probably being brought to the surface to be healed. It may be a financial issue which affects the whole family. It may be a personal issue between two people.

God - Goddess Will Provide

I have had several clients, especially during a Relationship Psychic Reading, who got upset with me when I told them that they had to make an effort to meet their Life Partner. You cannot sit home all the time and expect the person of your dreams to knock on your door. They told me that since God - Goddess will provide, S/He will bring the person they are meant to be with to them with no effort on their part.

I know someone personally who expects a million dollars to drop into his lap with no effort on his part. He gets very upset when I tell him "It ain't gonna happen!"

I am reminded of some stories which speak to the issue of 'God Will Provide' or 'Let Go Let God.'

In the first story, floodwaters had risen to the level of a person's porch. Someone in a truck came by and offered to give the man a ride out of the flooding area.

"No," he said. "God will provide."

The floodwaters continued to rise and the man had to climb onto his roof. A boat came by and offered him a ride.

"No," he said. "God will provide."

The floodwaters continued to rise, drowning the man. When he arrived in Heaven, he asked God why He didn't save him.

"I sent you a truck and a boat. You refused to get in them."

I heard another story which speaks to this belief by Joe Vitale.

A man had a beautiful garden in his backyard. Another man saw it and stopped to admire it.

"You have a beautiful garden here," the second man said. "It's really God's garden, isn't it?"

"Yes, but you should have seen it when God was taking care of it himself."

To create what we want in our lives, we must take the steps necessary to create it. The Universe will give us assistance, but it is up to us to accept the help. It is up to us to go places where we can meet people. It is up to us to go to school to learn a profession. It is up to us to pick up a pen or the computer to write. The Universe cannot make those efforts for us.

Take the steps today to create what you want in your life. Decide what you REALLY want. Write down what is needed to create it. Then start taking the steps necessary to make it a reality.

Trusting The Universe

It is very important to recognize that we create what we focus on. If you focus on not having money to pay your bills, you will continue to not have money to pay your bills. If you talk about being broke, you will always be broke.

A year ago, my daughter, Samantha, made her transition after a lifetime of illness. At that time, our income came through caring for Samantha instead of her being in a nursing home. When she died, we lost all of our income.

I was terrified. I had no idea how we were going to pay our bills. I felt helpless and frightened.

I knew that if I focused on my fear, I would never survive. I knew that the Universe will provide for us if we could only Trust. So, Trust I did, and miracles happened in my life!

Gratitude is very important for creating prosperity consciousness. Each day, I would spend time being grateful for what I had.

I would tell myself “Today, my bills are paid.”

“Today, I have money in the bank.”

“Today, I have food to eat.”

I would find all the things I could to be grateful for that day. If a large bill was due next week, and I didn’t know where the money would come from, I only focused on the fact that today I didn’t have to be concerned.

When I paid a bill, I was thankful that I had the money to pay the bill on that day. I paid the bill with a positive attitude instead of begrudging the fact that I had to spend the last money in my bank account.

I have learned many ways of creating prosperity consciousness over the last year.

Honor your money. Keep the money neatly in your wallet, not wadded up in your pocket. Put the highest denomination bills on top, and arrange them in order to the lowest denomination. Fold the money in half so that the highest denomination is on the outside, blessing the money as you do so. You might say something like “Divine Love, through me, blesses and increases all that I receive.”

Each time you get paid, treat yourself to a dinner out, a new shirt, a massage, etc. It does not have to be anything expensive, just some way of honoring yourself. This will help you to feel good enough about yourself to Trust that more money will be coming to you. It also shows the Universe that you Trust that you will have the money you need when you need it.

If you see a penny on the ground, instead of walking over it and ignoring it; pick it up and be thankful for the wonderful gift from the Universe. When you can be grateful for small change, you are showing the Universe that you will be grateful for larger amounts.

Each night, as you are going to sleep, go through your day and be grateful for all the small triumphs that you experienced that day. Show gratitude that your coworker was pleasant that day, that your lunch tasted especially good, that you saw a flower blooming. The more you find to be thankful for, the more the Universe will give you to be thankful for.

If you do experience what feels like a financial set back, see it as an opportunity to practice Trust on a deeper level. The ability to Trust no matter what has gotten me through the last year. It has created miracles in my life and in my finances.

The Powers That Be

It really disheartens me to see the things going on in our country and the world today. It becomes more obvious every day that the 'Powers That Be' think we are total idiots, and unfortunately they mostly seem to be correct.

The Democrats took office saying that they were going to make changes. They were going to get us out of Iraq, correct the economy, blah, blah, blah. The only thing they have done is to put on a good show for a while, and in the end making no changes at all.

They have wasted time and money investigating Attorney General Gonzales when it is obvious they have no plans to do anything with their investigation. They spout Impeachment, but only in an attempt to score points.

Our Navy Fleet has been sent to the waters off Iran in a show of strength. Anyone with any sense knows that is a joke. Our military is already spread so thin that we couldn't do anything against Iran if they were to attack us.

We are being told that there is an oil shortage and that is the reason gas prices are rising. The 'shortage' doesn't stop the Oil Companies from raking in huge profits. Gas is now above $3.00 a gallon in the US. When you have to drive 30 miles or more a day to work at a minimum wage job, it is hardly worth working.

Those we put in power pretend that they are doing things that are in the best interest of all of us, when in reality they are only working toward a predetermined goal. It has already been decided what is going to happen and how it is going to happen. We can easily affect the timing of their plans, but can we prevent them from being implemented in the long run?

The Powers That Be, The Illuminati, The One World Government, Extraterrestrial Beings. We don't know who is actually in charge of making the decisions about what is in our future. But to anyone paying attention it is so obvious that it isn't the people we elect to represent us.

It is common knowledge that the Iraq war was planned long before the Twin Towers were
destroyed. It is obvious that a war with Iran has been in the planning stages for several years now. Population reduction has been spoken of for generations. There have been numerous attempts to put our country under martial law, but so far it has failed. How much control do we really have over these factors?

There are continuous news stories about problems with our food causing illness and deaths. This was not so common in the past. Is our food being affected on purpose for population reduction? Even vegetables are not safe in today's world, not to mention all the things put into our meat products. They are now spraying meat products with viruses as a preservative. What do these viruses do to us?

Medications continue to kill while healthy alternatives are being criminalized. Our herbs and vitamins come under attack on a daily basis.

An attempt has been made for years to start a Bird Flu Epidemic, but so far their attempts have failed. The Flu just will not spread the way that they want it to. Now they are trying to develop the same flu strain that killed millions of people in the early 1900's. Why would they do that if not to use against us?

All of this is being done right under our noses. The Powers That Be are not even trying to hide their actions today because the sheeple aren't paying attention to what is going on.

Those of us who are awake and aware are the only ones who can change the outcome. Because we are awake and aware, we are responsible to do whatever we can to change things. I remember the '60's when people rose up and refused to take things they way they were anymore. They risked their lives to change our world. What happened to those people? What happened to that spirit? Have we become a world which has been mind controlled so that we will follow anywhere as good sheeple do?

It is up to us to counter the mind control weapons, as reported in the main stream media, which are being used on us. We must learn to protect ourselves and teach others to protect themselves. We must send energy into the collective consciousness for people to wake up and see what is right before their eyes.

We are responsible for starting a Love Movement just as the Hippies started the Peace Movement. It is up to us to fill the world's consciousness with Love energy. It is us to us to battle the Powers That Be with enough Love that they cannot complete their mission. It is up to us to save the World in which we live and help it to ascend.

The Spiritual Side of the Shootings at VA Tech

My heart goes out to all of those touched by the shootings yesterday at VA Tech. I ask the Angels to be with each person involved and their families to assist them through this trying time.

As the mother of a son about to enter college, the shootings at VA Tech have had a deep impact on me. The thought of my child being involved in such an incident is terrifying. We expect our young adults to be safe at all times, and it is a slap in the face when we realize they are not as safe as we thought.

I asked my Guides to explain to me why this incident happened. This is the response I received from Areal, formerly known as my daughter Samantha.

It must be remembered that all of the Souls involved agreed to share this experience. They each signed up for a role in this amazing play. They each had their part to play, their job to do, their sacrifice to be made to the greater good. It is hard to understand when something like this happens that it is for the greater good, but that is always the case. These beautiful Souls agreed to have this experience so that the World could get a glimpse of the state our Collective Consciousness at this time in history.

The children of the World are not being honored. They are being starved, killed in wars, raped and murdered. All of this goes on daily, but no one pays attention. No one thinks about how many children starve daily in Africa. No one thinks about how many children are killed in the Iraq war. No one pays attention to the news stories in the US about children who are raped, abused and murdered. Those who read the news stories think to themselves “Oh, how horrible.” but nothing is done to protect our children.

This incident is an attempt to get Humanity to pay more attention to the children, protect them and honor them. This is your future and you are allowing them to be treated with dishonor. How can you have a bright future when you are allowing the Light of these children to be extinguished?

This incident has another purpose also. Humanity is on a path to destruction at this time. The Collective Consciousness of humanity does not honor humanity, the Earth or even life itself. The Collective Consciousness is focused on removing as many rights from humans as possible. The Collective Consciousness wants more control, more laws, more government. Instead of bringing humanity together into One World built on Love, Light and Peace; the Collective Consciousness of humanity prefers to bring this One World built on fear.

This incident will allow the removal of more freedoms. Cameras will now be placed on all college campuses. There will be less freedom for the students. They will be watched and controlled. They will be fed more and more fear until they are overwhelmed by the fear.

People who are filled with fear are easy to control. They will give away their freedom without a second thought. They will follow instructions ‘for their own good’. They will cease to be Self Realized Individuals and become one of the many, one of the masses, one of the sheeple.

It will take much effort on the parts of the Indigo, Crystal and Rainbow Children to stay within their power. These beautiful Souls are here to attempt to change the Collective Consciousness. This event will make their role a bit more difficult. These Souls will have to remember what they are here for. They will have to remember always who they are and not allow the Collective Consciousness to turn them into what they are not.

This event is showing those of the Light how important it is that they come together and create safe areas for the beings of Light. There is strength in numbers, and by joining together in communities of Light, they will become stronger. This has been foretold, and even attempted by the hippies, but so far has not succeeded. The time is now for a way to be found to succeed. These communities must be formed and created now. The beings of Light need a place where they will be safe and nurtured.

The beings of Light who are now on the Earth must stand in their power and take over their World. They must put their energy into changing the Collective Consciousness to a consciousness of Love instead of a Consciousness of fear.

It is very important that those of the Light send thoughts and feelings of Love into the Collective Consciousness daily. Bombard this Collective Consciousness with as much Love as you can create as often as possible to change it from a Consciousness of fear into one of Love. This is why you are on Earth at this time. This is your purpose. Do not ask what you purpose is, it is to fill the Collective Consciousness with Love so that humanity can make this needed energy shift from fear to Love. This is how you will Ascend. This is your reason for being on Earth at this time. Do not allow this vital mission to fail.

Faces of the Goddess and Anna Nicole Smith

Today's civilization is moving from the patriarchal society we have lived under for thousands of years to a more gender balanced society. We are seeing a balance of the aspects known as the god and the goddess. This means that since the Goddess has been hidden from us for thousands of years, the face of the Goddess is being shown to us in many ways to remind us of the different aspects that the Goddess can portray.

Over the last two decades, we have been shown several faces of the Goddess through public figures who received enough media coverage to show the world their particular face of the Goddess.

We were shown the Goddess of Love through Princess Diana. She was the embodiment of pure, unconditional love. She spread love to everyone she met. Princess Diana touched those who were usually ignored by society - AIDS patients and starving children, for instance. Those that she touched were never the same again. Her love changed their lives forever. When Diana died, our world lost a very needed aspect of the Goddess. Ten years after her death, we still hold a place in our hearts for this Love Goddess.

The next face of the Goddess was shown to us by Terri Schiavo, the brain damaged woman whose husband fought for many years to have her feeding tube removed. She embodied the Victim Goddess. She was victimized by her husband, the medical community and the American judicial system. Her victimization could have gone unnoticed, as many other cases are daily, but in order to show the Victim face of the Goddess, she was brought to the attention of the world who watched her die a horrible death over a two week period.

Now, we are being shown the Wild Woman Goddess through Anna Nicole Smith. Anna Nicole has always lived life to the fullest. She never cared what others thought about her. She enjoyed life in all it's aspects. She flaunted her beauty and her sexuality. She drank too much, ate too much and took too many drugs. She did everything to excess. She loved life and all that it had to offer. She lived more in her short life than ten people usually do. Anna's portrayal of the Wild Woman Goddess is to remind us to live life to the fullest, because it is all too short.

I am grateful for these women who agreed to portray the many faces of the Goddess through their short, traumatic lives. It is my intention to learn the lessons that these women embodied for us so their efforts were not in vain.

Thank you Diana, Terri and Anna, may you always be blessed for your sacrifices.

Be Your Valentine

Valentine's Day makes those of us who are single wistful for someone to share the day with, someone to be loved by, someone to share our lives with. We wish we had someone to send us a gorgeous bouquet of flowers, a fabulous piece of jewelry or have a romantic dinner with.

If we are alone for Valentine's Day, we feel depressed, unloved and unwanted.  Our society has taught us to look outside of ourselves for love and approval when it is more important that we find those things within us. If we do not love and approve of ourselves, we will be unable to feel loved and approved of by others. If we do not love and approve of ourselves, we will feel just as lonely and unloved with a mate sitting right beside us. We cannot have an experience in our outer world until it first exists in our inner world.

Pay attention to how you treat yourself. Do you treat yourself in loving and supportive ways? Do you put yourself down with your inner dialogue or build yourself up? Do you pamper yourself and spend time doing nice things for yourself?

Usually, we look in the mirror and tell ourselves that we are fat, ugly, balding, etc. When we make a mistake, we tell ourselves how stupid we are. We feel inferior to other people. We never seem to have the one thing that will make us happy. We feel that a mate will fix all of these things, but it won't. Only we can fix those things for ourselves.

The only person we can count on to be in our lives from the day we are born until the day we die is ourselves. But instead of treating ourselves in loving, supportive ways and developing a relationship with ourselves, we do everything possible not to spend time with ourselves.

What would you like your Dream Valentine to do for you? If you are alone this Valentine's Day, do this thing for yourself. Send yourself a gorgeous bouquet of roses, buy yourself that fabulous piece of jewelry, take yourself out for a romantic dinner. Do all of the things for yourself that you would like a mate to do for you.

Take time to get to know yourself. Look at yourself in the mirror and see yourself as the beautiful spirit that you are manifested in the body that is you. Forgive yourself for the mistakes that you make and honor them for the wonderful learning experience that they are. Be gentle with yourself and listen to the needs of your body. Love and pamper yourself. Treat yourself in the most gentle and loving way possible.

Once you have developed a loving relationship with yourself, then you will be ready to manifest a loving relationship with the mate of your dreams. To manifest a mate in your life, make a list of the qualities you are looking for in a mate. Make sure you include gentle - you don't want an abuser; sober - you don't want a drug addict or alcoholic; healthy; able to commit, etc. Be specific because you will get exactly what you ask for. Cover everything that is important to you, but don't be so specific that you pass Mr./Ms. Wonderful by. You may want someone with blue eyes, but what if Mr./Ms. Wonderful has brown eyes, or is
blind? Be very specific about what is REALLY important to you. Once you have the list, ask your Angels to bring that person to you. You can also burn pink candles to bring you love which may help to bring this person in to you quicker.

While you are waiting for Mr./Ms. Wonderful to manifest, enjoy spending time with the most important person in your life and Be Your Valentine!

My Predictions for 2007

This will be a first for me. I have never made predictions for the coming year before, but I am being led to do so this year.

2007 is a 9 year, which represents a year of completion. Things that we have been trying to start in 2006 which just never worked out will complete in 2007. Things will manifest quickly, so be careful what you focus on. There is a lot of powerful energy available to us next year.

We are going to see major changes in our society this year. People will become more spiritual and loving. People will begin to act in a more Christ like way as they open to their Christ Consciousness. Those who choose to hold onto their strict religious dogma and who judge others will experience upheaval and disappointments, and this includes those in the Metaphysical community who are judgmental and hold strict, dogmatic beliefs.

Iraq will continue to become more volatile. The civil war now being waged there will continue to grow and expand to other parts of the region. It will be necessary for the US to step out of the war and allow other Arab Nations to bring control back to the area.

The United States will be reaching out to other countries in a more loving manner than we have in the recent past. There will be a more loving interaction between the majority of the countries of the World. We will begin to be more accepting of the differing cultures and ideals. We will befriend countries who have been our enemy in the past.

The economy in the US will worsen and possibly come close to collapse. Those of us who are focusing on manifesting our realities will not be majorly affected by the economy. We will be able to manifest our needs being met throughout the year. We will be more communal and willing to barter with each other. We will band together to help each other progress.

Fewer people will be able to afford medical care and the focus will be more on preventative care and alternative methods of healing. People will learn to take more control of their own health and make the changes necessary to be healthier. For those of us who are Healers, our role will expand. More people will be seeking us out to help them learn to be healthier and heal themselves.

Filling Your Day With Love

How many mornings have you been awakened by the alarm clock and grumbled because you had to get up? You feel angry that you can't get just a few more moments of sleep. You are unhappy that you have to leave your comfortable bed. You don't want to get up. You don't want to take a shower. You don't want to fight that traffic. You don't want to deal with your co-workers. This starts out your day in a state of negativity. By having these thoughts, you are sending negative energy to your day. You are sending negative energy to the morning traffic. You are sending negative energy to your co-workers. You are sending negative energy to your whole day.

What kind of day can you expect to have when you are sending out these negative thoughts?

You get ready to leave the house and can't find your car keys. You finally find your keys and rush out the door, hitting your knee on the door. You limp out to your car and head for work. You are miserable and unhappy. You growl at drivers who get in your way. Traffic is a nightmare and you are going to be late to work. You finally arrive at work. You have a disagreement with a co-worker. You just can't get the report you are working on to come together. Nothing is going right. You make it through the day and stop for a bite to eat. The waitress accidentally spills your drink on your favorite shirt. You finally drag home miserable and depressed. Life sucks!

You have the ability to create a joyous day, every day, with only a few minor adjustments.

When your alarm goes off, spend a few moments and take a few deep, cleansing breaths. Imagine the wonderful day you will have and how grateful you are for it. Imagine how wonderful the warm water will feel on your body while you shower. Send Love to your fellow commuters and the traffic you will encounter. Send Love to your co-workers. Send Love to your work day. Send Love to all you will meet that day. Be thankful for the day you are about to experience and open to the wonderful encounters you will have. Fill your day and everyone in it with Love.

This starts out your day in a state of positivity. By having these thoughts, you are sending positive energy to your day. You are sending positive energy to the morning traffic. You are sending positive energy to your co-workers. You are sending positive energy to your whole day. You are filling your day with Love.
How does this change your day?

You get up feeling relaxed and ready to meet the day. You step into the shower and enjoy the warm water from the shower. You wear clothes that feel and look good on you. Every thing goes smoothly. You are out the door and into your car in plenty of time for the drive to work. You are patient with the other drivers. You arrive at work with a smile on your face, which causes your co-workers to feel better too. Your day goes smoothly, that report just comes together with no problem. When you go for dinner after work, your waitress gives you exceptional service. You arrive home happy, content and grateful for the wonderful day you just experienced.

What type of day do you want to create each day? The choice is yours. You can create a day filled with stress and chaos, or you can create a day filled with Love. Which would you prefer?

The Spoken Word

The spoken word is very powerful.  The spoken word is so powerful  that many times we create things we don't want to create.  This is important information that we tend to forget.

Several years ago, I was in intense pain from fibromyalgia and an injury I had received in a fall.  During that time, I requested to know why my body was not healing.  I was told that I needed to watch my words.

As I went over statements I had been saying, I realized why I was not healing.  "I am TIRED of this pain."  "I HURT."  "This is getting OLD."  What I  was manifesting was being  TIRED,
HURTING, and feeling OLD.

The same happens when we are having financial problems.  You worry about how you are going to pay your bills.  'I am tired of being BROKE."  "  I DON'T HAVE the money to pay this bill."  "I can't afford to buy that." etc.

What we need to do is to find PEACE in the situation we are facing.  By finding peace with the fact that you are in pain, broke, lonely, etc., you are able to stop fighting it and reach a point of acceptance.  When you are fighting your issues, worrying about them, or struggling to change them, things get worse.  You are manifesting more of what you don't want.  When you are able to find inner peace with your issues, you become more relaxed, calmer, and you
stop struggling.

Once you find this inner peace, everything starts to change.  Solutions you never thought of before present themselves, opportunities which weren't there before, etc.  Your pain will decrease, your finances will improve, you will meet new friends, etc.  By finding inner peace, you can weather any storm with a sense of calm and trust.
